Class Action Against Evenko Authorized

Did you delivery pay fees when buying concert tickets online?

A class action was authorized against evenko for charging electronic delivery fees when there are (allegedly) no costs for a computer-generated pdf of your concert tickets that is sent directly to you by email.

The Superior Court of Quebec did not decide the merits of the case; authorization is just the first step in the legal process in order to proceed, so that class members can (hopefully) recover these delivery fees.
