Statement of Claim
Consumer Law Group has instituted a Canada-wide class action against Audible, Inc. with regards to allegations of unlawful practices related to the expiration of membership credits.
Audible’s expiration terms provide that Audible credits will expire (i) 12 months after their issuance or (ii) upon cancellation of a consumer’s membership. As a result, many consumers were unable to use all of their credits before they expired and were deprived of the benefit of the credits they paid for.
It is alleged that Audible violated the Consumer Protection Act and other applicable laws.
If you or someone you know has received Audible credits that expired and you wish more information on potential compensation or to be kept advised of the status of the Class Action litigation or any resulting compensation resulting from this class action in Canada, Ontario, or Quebec, please provide your contact information to our law firm using the below form.
